About Prophix

Prophix’s educational resources
As a platform provider with many applications, Prophix’s corporate training program offers both virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and fully self-paced online courses. It also provides customers with in-depth resources like quick tips, on-demand webinars, and a comprehensive knowledge base.
Problem
Jennifer Speer, Manager of Prophix Academy and leader of a four-person training team, is responsible for ensuring that all the company’s customers, partners, and staff know how to use and sell Prophix products effectively. Like many educational leaders, Jennifer tries to do more with limited resources.
In addition to limited resources, her team does not have formal learning or instructional design training. “My team came to my department in different ways, but for the most part, they’re not formally trained in adult education,” said Jennifer. This means additional reviews are required to ensure that learning frameworks are applied to any training that the team creates.
Finally, the entire team does not have the same in-depth product knowledge as the engineering teams. This means the training team needs considerable time to build the base content for product training and cannot deliver the breadth of content that they would like to make available.
Solution
The Prophix team turned to LEAi for support to rapidly scale their corporate training development.
When building a new course, the team uploads technical documentation from the development team and lets LEAi synthesize the information. “I can now upload technical documents, presentations and webinars and let LEAi do the hard work of finding common information and building the first draft of the content—no more staring at a blank sheet,” said Jennifer.

The reviewer and course author can see comments while working on the material. “SMEs can now make more and better comments, which means we are getting the right kind of feedback.”

With LEAi’s new translation feature, the team can seamlessly translate courses without relying on external tools. “We’ve already used LEAi to translate a few courses into French, and we’re excited to expand our French-language offerings,” said Jennifer.

We write in a friendly, approachable style, and LEAi captures that well—getting us 90% of the way there. The rest is just fine-tuning the content to match preferences,” she added.
