Training is the most important sales enablement service
Respondents to CSO Insights Sales Enablement Study said that sales training is their most important enablement service.
The study also found that the higher sales training services were ranked, the better performance results. For example, organizations where sales methodology and process training services met or exceeded expectations, they had a quota attainment rate 4.1 points above average. Organizations that needed to improve or redesign their training had quota attainment 7.8 points below average.
