We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, champion our customers, and grow with us.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the strategic partner for a portfolio of LEAi customers, understand their goals, unblock challenges, and help them thrive
  • Manage multiple priorities with confidence—onboard, support, and expand customer value in a hands-on, agile way
  • Champion the voice of the customer across product, marketing, and support—turn insights into action
  • Co-create resources, optimize onboarding, and design high-impact moments throughout the customer journey
  • Help shape our customer success function—build playbooks, test new strategies, and iterate quickly
  • Host virtual events, facilitate knowledge-sharing, and spark community among our growing user base

Who You Are

  • You bring a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Customer Success and are a natural relationship-builder and problem-solver with a strong bias toward action.
  • Most importantly you have deep domain expertise in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design—you understand our field and can confidently engage with learning professionals.
  • You’ve familiar with the environment of a growing company, so you know what it takes to help build something as you’ve worn many hats and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments where prioritization is essential.
  • You’re comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from L&D practitioners to senior executives and you’re passionate about user experience, and the power of continuous learning to drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight is a strong asset.
