To fulfill our mission of making it easier and faster to create learning content that looks just like an expert created it, we built a product called LEAi (LearnExperts Artificial Intelligence).

Our customers are passionate about learning, and we’re building tools and a community to help them succeed. We’re looking for a Customer Learning Champion — someone who shares our energy and is ready to roll up their sleeves, make an impact, and grow with us.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of LEAi customers—understand their goals, champion their success, and build long-term relationships.
  • Leverage your L&D or instructional design background to help clients create engaging, high-impact training content using LEAi.
  • Drive value realization—help customers see, measure, and celebrate the business impact of their learning programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and support teams to bring the voice of the customer into everything we do.
  • Get hands-on—whether it’s refining onboarding, co-creating enablement resources, or brainstorming ways to improve the customer journey.
  • Help us build and grow our customer community—host virtual events, roundtables, and share best practices that spark connection and collaboration.

🌱 What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking a candidate with 5–7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design, who brings a customer-centric mindset and a passion for enabling success through meaningful engagement and support.
  • Someone who’s genuinely curious, always learning, and excited about the intersection of training, tech, and customer success
  • A stellar communicator—confident, clear, and comfortable engaging with everyone from their instructional designer peers to execs
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech-enabled environment is a strong asset
  • A builder’s mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help shape systems, not just follow them
  • A team player who thrives in a transparent, people-first, values-driven culture
