What You Will Be Doing

Finance Reporting and Transaction Management:

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute regular financial reports to stakeholders.
• Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive team to monitor budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.

Process Development and Maintenance:

• Design, implement, and refine internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document workflows and procedures, ensuring clarity and accessibility across teams.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize operations.

Sales Operations Support:

• Partner with the sales team to streamline sales processes, including CRM updates and lead management.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and support revenue growth.
• Assist with sales forecasting, quota setting, and performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure alignment on operational priorities.
• Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and insights.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a dynamic or scaling organization.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, data analysis, and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Quickbooks, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in process improvement and documentation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 suite; familiarity with other analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
