Throughout her career, Heidi has built and led HR functions from the ground up, establishing HR departments for three companies and serving as the founding HR executive for three others. She also launched her own HR consultancy, providing organizations with expert guidance on talent management, inclusion, and leadership development. Her professional credentials include certifications as a Human Resources Executive, Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional, Chartered Professional in Human Resources, and Certified Coach Practitioner, reflecting her deep commitment to excellence in the field.
